FitToRole is an AI-powered tool that:

  • Provides match scores and keyword analysis
  • Suggests improvements to resume bullet points
  • Generates optimized resume versions for specific jobs

The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions. Results are recommendations only and should be reviewed by you before use.

User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information in your resume
  • Reviewing all AI-generated suggestions before use
  • Ensuring your final resume is truthful and accurate
  • Verifying that all claims in your resume reflect your actual experience

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading resumes
  • Upload content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimer

We do not fabricate experience. Our AI is designed to improve how you present existing experience, not to invent credentials you don't have.

If the AI cannot improve a bullet point without adding false claims, it will return your original text unchanged. This is intentional and protects you from resume fraud.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions are starting points, not final copy
  • You must verify all suggestions for accuracy
  • The Service cannot guarantee job interviews or offers
  • Results depend on the quality of input provided

Payment and Refunds

Pricing

The Service offers a free preview and paid full analysis. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice for future purchases.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Refunds are generally not provided once results are delivered
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to paid results, contact us within 7 days
  • We may offer refunds at our discretion for service failures

To request a refund for technical issues, email support@fittorole.com with your access token and a description of the problem.

Access Period

Paid results are accessible for 7 days from purchase. After this period, access expires automatically. We recommend downloading your optimized resume promptly.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your resume content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.

AI Output

You may use AI-generated suggestions in your resume for personal and professional job applications. You may not resell AI output or use it to create competing services.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on our suggestions
  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you fail to review
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Any false or misleading content in your resume
  • Claims by employers or others related to your job applications

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date.
